Skomorovska Iryna Anatoliyivna

Education

2001-2006 – studied at the Precarpathian National University named after Vasyl Stefanyk, speciality «Primary education. English language and literature». I. Skomorovska graduated with honours speciality «Primary education. English language and literature»  of Precarpathian National University named after Vasyl Stefanyk and received qualification of teacher of pedagogy, primary school teachers, teachers of English language and literature in the elementary grades.

2006-2009 – postgraduate course, Precarpathian national University named after Vasyl Stefanyk, speciality 13.00.01 – history of pedagogy, General pedagogy. 2009 – defended her candidate’s thesis on «Pedagogical basis in library work with young people in West Ukraine (1919-1939)».

Professional activities

2008-2009 – assistant of the department of pedagogy named after Bohdan Stuparyk, Precarpathian national University named after Vasyl Stefanyk.

September 2010 – associate Professor of the department of psychology and social work,  Precarpathian law Institute of Lviv State University of internal Affairs.

September 2011 – lecturer of the department of theory and methodology of preschool education, State University «Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian national University».

September 2014 – associate Professor of the Department of theory and methodology of preschool and special education.

Scientific activity

I. Skomorovska is the author of over 40 scientific and educational publications. She took part in many International and Ukrainian scientific-practical conferences. Supervises diploma and master’s work, prepares students to participate in the scientific-practical conferences with subsequent publication of scientific articles.

Teaching activities

I. Skomorovska provides teaching of disciplines: «Introduction in specialty», «Graphic bases», «Fundamentals of didactics of primary school», «Primary school Pedagogy», «Methods of teaching natural science in PS».

Educational activities

I. Skomorovska performs the duties of the curator of  PE-22.
